There is a $30 missed appointment fee the first time you cancel or reschedule an appointment with the less than 24 hours (1 business day) advanced notice, or if you fail to arrive for your appointment. The fee is $75 for all subsequent missed appointments. As a reminder and courtesy to our patients, we will contact you 2 days prior to your appointment. Do not rely on this service as your only reminder to keep your scheduled appointment. Cancellation and reschedule requests must be made by phone during business hours and those made after hours, on weekends or holidays, or those made by email/text/voicemail will not be honored.
